Welcome to Le Voyageur. By accessing our website (le-voyageur.live) or engaging our services through Consular In, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. These terms apply to all clients, users, and browsers.

1. Professional Consultancy Services

Le Voyageur provides expert visa consultancy and travel architecture. Our services include document auditing, consular scheduling, and travel logistics. We act as an intermediary consultant; we are not a government body or an embassy.

2. Immediate Execution & No-Refund Policy

  • Instant Activation: Upon receipt of payment, our executive team immediately begins work on your file.

  • Non-Refundable: Due to the personalized and labor-intensive nature of our services, all fees paid are 100% non-refundable regardless of the application outcome or client cancellation.

  • Intermediary Role: We are paid for our professional expertise and administrative labor. We do not guarantee visa issuance, as this is the sole prerogative of the respective government.

3. Modification & Administrative Fees

  • Change Fee: Any request by the client to alter, update, or re-process any part of the service after initial confirmation is subject to a $50 USD Administrative Fee per request.

  • Accuracy: The client is responsible for the absolute accuracy of provided data. Errors caused by client-provided information that require re-filing will incur the aforementioned fee.

4. Client Obligations

  • Authenticity: Clients must provide authentic, valid, and legal documentation. Le Voyageur reserves the right to terminate service without refund if fraudulent documents are detected.

  • Timeliness: Clients must respond to document requests within 48 hours to maintain the 2026 processing standards.

5. Limitation of Liability

Le Voyageur and its CEO, Emad Mohamed, shall not be held liable for:

  • Rejections or delays caused by embassies or consulates.

  • Financial losses resulting from travel disruptions, flight cancellations, or border closures.

  • Indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited strictly to the service fee paid.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, the "Le-Voyageur" persona, and strategic methodologies on this site are the intellectual property of Le Voyageur. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to our primary corporate registration, without regard to conflict of law principles.
