1. Digital Document Submission (Required) To ensure maximum security and speed, Le Voyageur operates a "Digital First" policy.

All personal documents, forms, and requirements must be submitted digitally via our official executive email: booking@levoyageur.live.

Submission via email is free of charge and is the mandatory first step for all visa and consultancy services.
2. Digital Service Delivery (Free) All completed deliverables—including prepared visa files, strategic cover letters, and booking confirmations—are delivered back to you via email or secure WhatsApp at no additional cost.
3. Physical Document Logistics & Shipping Fee While the service is primarily digital, certain cases require the physical handling or return of original documents (such as passports or stamped certificates) to your location.

International Logistics Fee: Any requirement to ship physical documents to your country or residency address will incur a flat-rate fee of $98 USD.

Premium Handling: This fee covers secure, tracked express shipping via elite global carriers (DHL/FedEx/UPS) to ensure the safety of your sensitive original documents.
4. Dispatch & Tracking

Once your physical package is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Le Voyageur is responsible for the professional preparation of the shipment, but is not liable for delays caused by international customs or courier service interruptions.
5. Responsibility for Address Accuracy The client must provide a 100% accurate physical address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the client, a new $98 USD fee will be required for re-shipping.
