Refund policy

At Le Voyageur, we provide premium, time-sensitive consultancy and global mobility services. Due to the immediate allocation of resources, executive labor, and third-party commitments, our refund and modification policies are strictly enforced as follows:

1. No-Refund Policy

All payments made for visa services, travel consultancy, and administrative processing are 100% Non-Refundable.

  • Once a payment is confirmed, the service is considered "Initiated."

  • No refunds will be issued for client cancellations, changes in travel plans, or consular delays/rejections.

2. Modification & Change Fee ($50 USD)

We understand that travel plans can be fluid; however, our processes are highly structured.

  • Any request to modify, change, or update any detail of a booking, itinerary, or visa file after the initial submission will incur a mandatory processing fee of $50 USD per change.

  • This fee covers the administrative labor and re-auditing required to maintain our high success standards.

  • Changes are subject to feasibility and consular availability.

3. Visa Outcomes

Le Voyageur acts as a consultancy and service provider. The final decision regarding any visa application rests solely with the respective Embassy or Consulate.

  • A visa refusal, delay, or issuance for a shorter duration than requested does not entitle the client to a refund of any service fees or modification charges.

4. Document Accuracy

The client is solely responsible for providing accurate and authentic documents. Any rejection or loss resulting from misinformation provided by the client is the client's sole responsibility, and no refunds or free modifications will be granted.
