1. THE SERVICE & BINDING AGREEMENT

Le Voyageur (the "Company," "we," "us") operates this platform to provide curated travel services, visa consultancy, and global mobility solutions (the "Services"). By accessing our Services, you agree to these terms. As a premium service provider led by Emad Mohamed, our operations involve immediate resource allocation and third-party commitments upon booking.

2. STRICT CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

Due to the specialized nature of visa processing, consular scheduling, and travel architecture:

  • Finality of Sale: All bookings, service fees, and consultancy charges are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable immediately upon payment.

  • Immediate Allocation: Upon booking, Le Voyageur initiates immediate administrative, legal, and logistical workflows. Therefore, the right to a refund is waived by the customer at the moment of transaction.

  • Visa Outcomes: As a consultancy, we guarantee expert processing and documentation; however, the final decision lies with the respective embassy/consulate. Fees are paid for our professional expertise and labor, and are not contingent on the visa outcome. No refunds will be issued in the event of a visa rejection or delay.

3. PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect information necessary to secure your global travel, including:

  • Contact & Identity: Name, address, phone, email, and passport details.

  • Financial Data: Credit/debit card information and transaction history processed via secure channels.

  • Professional & Legal Data: Employment history, bank statements, and legal documents required for visa procurement.

4. USE OF DATA & THIRD-PARTY DISCLOSURE

Your data is used to tailor your "Voyageur" experience and fulfill legal requirements. We disclose information only to:

  • Shopify: Our hosting platform.

  • Consulates & Government Bodies: To facilitate your visa applications.

  • Logistics Partners: For flight and hotel synchronization.

5. SECURITY & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

While we employ high-level security measures, no digital transmission is 100% secure. Le Voyageur’s liability is strictly limited to the service fee paid and does not extend to indirect losses resulting from travel disruptions or consular decisions.

6. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

Your data may be processed globally to facilitate international travel. By using our services, you consent to the transfer of information outside of your country of residence to meet travel objectives.
