1. Corporate Identity This website and all related services are operated by Le Voyageur, under the executive leadership of CEO Emad Mohamed. Our global operations are managed through the Consular Inn network, with strategic departments located in Germany, the USA, Saudi Arabia, the Netherlands, and Egypt.

2. No Government Affiliation Le Voyageur and Consular Inn are private, independent consultancy firms. We are not an embassy, a consulate, or an official government agency. While we maintain a high success rate through expert auditing and administrative excellence, we do not have the authority to grant visas. The final decision for any visa application rests solely with the sovereign government of the respective destination country.

3. Limitation of Liability & Digital Delivery

  • Digital First: All services, including file preparation, audit reports, and itineraries, are delivered digitally via email or secure messaging unless otherwise stated in a specific written agreement.

  • Accuracy: While we strive for the highest possible accuracy in the complex 2026 travel landscape, we provide information on a best-effort basis. We are not liable for sudden changes in government policies, consulate delays, or border closures.

  • Service Outcomes: We are not responsible for financial losses, missed travel dates, or indirect damages resulting from visa rejections. Our total financial liability is strictly limited to the service fee paid by the client. By using our services, the client acknowledges and accepts these limitations of liability.

4. Intellectual Property The brand names "Le Voyageur" and "Consular Inn," including all logos, the 2026 Global Expedition Calendar, and proprietary visa-processing methodologies, are the exclusive intellectual property of the company. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction This Legal Notice and all service agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising from or in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Berlin.
